2. Ordering Process

  • All artworks displayed on our website are subject to availability.
  • To place an order, add the desired artwork to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
  • If an artwork is no longer available after purchase, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USA Dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payments via credit card, Paypal, and Stripe.
  • Payment must be completed in full before the artwork is shipped. Payment plans are available, just inquire.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
  • We ship to the US and worldwide using UPS (standard for originals shipped domestically) and USPS for international shipping and prints. In case you prefer a different carrier, please let us know so we can make arrangements.
  • All originals are insured, which is included in the price of shipping.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs processing, weather) are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final, except in cases of damage or incorrect items received.
  • We don’t take responsibility for items damaged in transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, notify us within 5 (five) days with photographs of the damage so we can contact the carrier to file a claim.
  • Approved refunds will be processed after carrier issues compensation for the item.

6. Authenticity & Representation

  • We guarantee that all artworks are original and/or limited-edition prints as described.
  • Colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • The copyright of all artworks remains with the artist.
  • Purchase of artwork does not grant reproduction rights unless explicitly stated.
